海鮮醬俗稱甜醬,其風味獨特、豉味濃郁。尤其用於醃製肉類、燒烤,可提升食材其鮮味,適用於乳豬、北京填鴨及海鮮蘸點進食,味道令人再三回味。
海鮮醬雖有「海鮮」二字,但醬裡不含任何海鮮。古人用此醬來沾點海鮮而得其名。
冠珍海鮮醬選用加拿大非基因改造一級黃豆,麵粉經傳統醱酵後,調合米醋、紅辣椒、香蒜、食糖、及天然香料等原料煮製而成。不含防腐劑及人造色素、無添加味精或増味劑。
Also known as “sweet bean sauce”, our Hoisin Sauce differs from others as we put in quality Canadian soya bean to prepare the sauce. Unlike other companies, we do not add any food coloring into our Hoisin Sauce, thus it retains a natural fermented earthy color. It has a unique smoky and sweet flavor that is best served as dip for Peking Duck, Barbecue Pork (Char Siu), Crispy Aromatic Duck Wraps, Mook Shu Wraps, and Crispy Lettuce Wraps. It is an excellent sauce for grill and marinade seafood.
The literal translation of “Hoisin” is “seafood”. However, Hoisin Sauce contains no seafood. The name has such reference might because Cantonese used this sauce to dip steamed shellfish back in the old days.
Vietnamese likes to use our Hoisin Sauce in their dishes, as it tastes very similar to their sweet sauce equivalent - Tương đen.
