採用精選加拿大非基因改造一級黃豆,麵粉,經傳統醱酵後,再加入天然香料煮製而成。不含防腐劑及人造色素、無添加味精或増味劑。
This sauce is the mashed version of our Bean Sauce. All the fermented soya beans are mashed to paste in the Ground Bean Sauce. Some chefs prefer this mashed version as it mix well into their marinade dishes.
