加以磨製後，因而醬身幼滑，豉香濃郁，用途廣泛，是廣東式燒臘不可少之醃料，適用於任何炒、燜、煮烹調菜式，磨豉香味能令菜式滋味無窮，份外鮮美。
 
採用精選加拿大非基因改造一級黃豆，麵粉，經傳統醱酵後，再加入天然香料煮製而成。不含防腐劑及人造色素、無添加味精或増味劑。
 
This sauce is the mashed version of our Bean Sauce. All the fermented soya beans are mashed to paste in the Ground Bean Sauce. Some chefs prefer this mashed version as it mix well into their marinade dishes.
